About this deal

Now here comes the challenging part: trying to give you a short solid review of this AMAZING fragrance. In the opening you get the cambodian oud with full strenght, blended with cinnamon and nutmeg. This notes will stay active for the entire longevity of the fragrance. The heart notes serve mainly the purpose of building a bridge for the base notes blending, and the scent become sweeter and smoother then. The drydown is very pleasant with the strong different woods softened by the sweetness of cinnamon and vanilla, and the smoothed by a confortable amber. I've been wearing it every day for a week straight after I got it. And I know it's spring and I hoarded a buncha spring perfumes to specifically wear IN SPRING... but I'm too addicted to this one :') I sprayed it on my hand and after about an hour, and washing my hands, the scent really smoothed out and a lot of the harsh incense smell went away and it took on a creamy smell very similar to Dolce & Gabbana The One.

Quality: 8.5 (Above average quality, good performance, quality ingredients, nice heavy flask, good sprayer)To start off I want to go ahead and mention that Ameer Al Oudh smells nothing similar to 24 Gold of Scentstory. It's Ameer's sister Raghba which is the one who smells similar to 24 Gold. That said, BTF is one of the highest quality designers I've smelled out there, and while AAO can't meet that bar, it does smell verry verry pleasant. Good quality too, it certainly smells upper tier designer in smell. I was really pleasantly surprised by this. Also projects and performs pretty good too. Now, 24 hours after a single spray application, it still lingers as a skin scent.

Because my bottle obviously hasn't macerated properly yet* - it is sadly missing all of the sweet notes I did get in the sample - I've only tried it twice: once on my hand, once on a sweater. Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud is highlighted with a rich creamy sugar and vanilla blend, while well supported by a lightly-roasted chestnut-iness and a noticeably exceptional use of smoky wood(s)*, perfectly complimented by sweet clean oud, herbal spirits and hints of dark cacao within the composition, tying it all together for a VERY captivating experience! *Incredibly, there are actually (3) different woods "working" here separately, and at the same time---dry smoky woods, smooth soft-sweet smoky sandalwood, and sweet agarwood (oud); with the smokiness ideally and pleasantly balanced. Full disclosure: Some here are quite opposed to the fairly pronounced herbal/medicinal essence overlaying the 15-minute open, or even its subsequently more reserved presence within the fragrance--while most will appreciate what it brings to the composition in creativity, aura and dimension. This ambery-colored fragrance is dusty and warm, cozy-sweet, enjoyably calming, enrapturing, and inviting. A predominantly unisex fragrance, though leaning masculine for some women (primarily due to the smoky woods). And a solid entry-level consideration if you'd like to take a real first step into "oud". (ie. having more than just a hint or touch of it). The clean sweet oud here is noticeably present but not overwhelmingly so, being superbly executed, much a result of the composition's truly exceptional blending. .....The late stages of this fragrance transition into a smooth, soft sweet, very slightly smoky, nutty-woody experience, keeping your attention to the very end as a skin scent. Today it’s freezing and snowing in England and I was going out and needed to walk a mile or 2 and I was looking for a scent to spray and my eyes went to this so o thought I’d give it another chance and sprayed 8 sprays on body and clothes . this was my first "Gulf fragrance " as many arabs call it. and I never regret it . it is so nicely done and performance is decent. If I had to say which season this would be most compatible with / reminds me of then - autumn definitely, and winter. But truthfully, it would be nice no matter the season, the weather should just not be very warm. So, on a colder summer night - why not? :) I love an oriental frag on a hot summer day, i don't mind the warmth of them at all, so I would consider this to be an all year round fragrance. LATTAFA defines lifestyle and offer unforgettable creations through elegant Arabian Oud perfumes for all… Made in U.A.E. Mind you that I am new to oud fragrances too. So, having sprayed it on my wrist and discarded the perfume, I went about my day. Also, this juice STAYS. I sprayed my arm yesterday morning, and I found it to be a bit suffocating through the night! So if you end up loving this juice, you may find this bottle will last you a while, as a little goes a long way.

The Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud perfume is popular among those who want to make a statement with their scent. It is designed to be long-lasting, so you can enjoy its captivating aroma all day. And oh boy does this develop! Like 15 minutes later I started getting the AMAZING woody sauna notes. It is such a gem! And it gets really close to By The Fireplace! I probably would not tell the difference with those two side by side! So if u can just ignore the opening of this fragrance (it's very ambery strong and something a little weird, reminded me of Bentley Intense lmao) then I 100% recommend atleast trying it.

Lattafa Ameer Al Oud Eau de Parfum by Lattafa is a luxurious and long-lasting fragrance that is perfect for those who appreciate the rich and exotic scent of oud. This perfume is crafted with the finest ingredients, including pure oud oil, giving it an intense and distinctive aroma that will turn heads.
