About this deal

Long story short my CB750F takes about 4 or 5 plastic tea spoons and the difference in how my bike runs is amazing!

In the 1920s castor oil was removed from general motoring oils as mineral oil technology advanced, but its superior film strength ensured it a continued role in high performance engines. Hope the pic ain't too small to see but this is the extent of carbon build up after running the engine for years on a mixture of Castrol R40, plain modern mineral, part-synth, fully-synth, and sometimes a mixture of one, or more than one other of the aforementioned. I too remember the smell of burnt Castrol R, but that was back in the day when bikes were used every day, engines were regularly de-coked and ordinary oil was still found in pools oozing from the ground. These provide the highest protection and lubricity for the money and are cleaner burning to protect the internals of engine and exhaust as well as the environment. The "common knowledge" of the time was that you did not mix up any more than you would use that day and you shook the can for at least 5 minutes before pouring the fuel mixture into the tank.He claimed many motorcycle and car owners who know the product pour a capful into their fuel tank just to get the aroma and that “it offers the best-possible performance coupled with reliability and safety at ultra-high engine speeds and temperatures”. It should not be used interchangeably with other engine oils - if you have any questions regarding its use then please get in touch with our technical team first. I don't see why a low dose in the fuel would do any harm to the injection system, but if it all goes wrong, and gums things up, you will have a lot of stripping or flushing to do. Mind you, this Inter wasn't suitable as a ride-to-work nail in the colder seasons as it had no lights fitted. That way, you could turn it off to avoid needless expense, except when wanting to demonstrate the smell, and it would have no chance of affecting the main fuel system.

I had to confess that none of the perfumes thst I was obliged to smell had any effect upon me whatsoever, some I found sickening, and one had the potential to give me an instant migraine headache. It’s also used as a laxative and has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial action on humans and is rich in vitamin E. strokes are on my good riddance list along with ignition points, adjusting spokes and tubes in tyres. In October 1909, Britain’s first aviation prize, the Inauguration Cup, was won by Frenchman Leon Delagrange using Castrol oil. But let's not lose sight of the fact that you're smelling it because the engine's burning it in a desperate attempt not to lunch itself. It is generally better for the 'box than the engine, whereas modern Mini oils are the other way round, but it's generally cheaper to refresh a bottom end than a 'box and with frequent changes there isn't a problem. Another question I have is, I do "not disbelieve" what some say about crudding up your engine but you have to wonder why so many racers used it for so many years and the sheer longevity of years its been sold.
